Welcome to Orchard Park in charming Beverly, NJ, where your furry friends are cherished! Enjoy spacious apartment living with a pet-friendly atmosphere. With a maximum of two pets and a combined weight limit of 100 lbs, your companions can thrive by your side in this welcoming community.
We’re a pet‑friendly community and we’re happy to welcome your cats and dogs. Breed restrictions apply; please contact the leasing office for details. You can have up to 2 pets per apartment, with each pet up to 100 lb. There is a one‑time, non‑refundable pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent is $50.
